Our shipping methods are so successful, we GUARANTEE live delivery. Here’s how it works:
- If your order is damaged during shipping (crushed, frozen, overheated, etc.), we will replace the damaged portion at no cost or apply credit to your account, at the customer’s discretion. There is no shipping charge for replacement shipments.
- If your order arrives alive, but suffers significant mortality (beyond normal over-count quantity) within 48 hours, we will replace the dead worms free of charge.
- You can be confidant that when you order from Great Lakes Waxworms, you WILL receive the full value you expect.
We occasionally request that the damaged portion of an order be returned to us. This allows us to diagnose the problem and work to correct future shipments. In these situations, Great Lakes will reimburse the customer for any return postage.
